Computational, Systems and Developmental Neuroscience
Welcome to the Goodhill Lab
We are interested in
understanding the computational
principles that underlie brain
development, using a combination of
experimental and theoretical
approaches. We use the larval
zebrafish as a model to understand
the links between the development of
patterns of brain activity and
complex behaviors, how the
development of brain and behavior is
altered in Autism Spectrum
Disorders, and sleep. We also analyze human video
data to better understand the early
development of autism. Members of the lab come
from diverse backgrounds including
biology, mathematics, physics and
engineering.
